Sand Springs BMX is a "Not for profit with a Certificate of Incorporation with the State of Oklahoma". We rely entirely upon the generosity of sponsors and entry fees to provide young people with the opportunity to participate in what is one of the greatest individual sports today, Bicycle Motocross Racing. Your generosity will help provide a racing facility which is designed and operated as to create a positive competitive experience designed to bolster your persons self esteem and self-confidence. This program is one of our most important fund-raising programs. It allows a sponsor the opportunity to support BMX racing at Sand Spring BMX, Inc. at an affordable level and at the same time gives the sponsor a valuable advertising opportunity at each ABA sanctioned race throughout the 2008 racing season.
There are three levels of annual sponsorship which have been outlined below:
Gold Package: $500.00 Donation
- One (1) Hard sign up to 4.0’ x 8.0’ with a permanent mounting (You provide the sign), we have a source if you need one.
- Two (2) "Your Night at the Races" (single point race). You provide the give-a-ways. "Your night-at the races" will be advertised on our website preceding the event.
- Website advertisement on www.sandspringsbmx.com with link to your business.
- Your business mentioned as a track sponsor every night of racing.
Silver Package: $350.00 Donation
- One (1) 3.0’ x 5.0’ Banner with your LOGO to be displayed at all ABA sanctioned Races at the track, on the fence at the finish line.
- One (1) "Your Night at the Race" (single point race). You provide the give-a-ways. "Your night-at the race" will be advertised on our website preceding the event.
- Website advertisement on www.sandspringsbmx.com with link to your business.
- Your business mentioned as a track sponsor every night of racing.
Bronze Package: $175.00 Donation
- Your LOGO or Company Name on a area of a 3.0’x 5.0" banner. Your area on banner will be 18.0" x 30.0".
- One (1) "Your Night at the Race" (single point race). You provide the give-a-ways. "Your night-at the race" will be advertised on our website preceding the event.
- Website advertisement on www.sandspringsbmx.com with link to your business.
